Other services provided by the Help Center include:
Mailing Address:
All people need an address. If you are homeless or at risk of being homeless you may use our address for your personal needs.

The help center has several telephones for customer use. Additionally, you may receive return calls and messages through voice mail.

Hygiene Kits:
Persons seeking personal care products to improve their health and refresh themselves will be provided a hygiene kit free of charge.
Each kit includes soap, a wash cloth, nail file, nail clippers, deodorant, shampoo, cotton swabs, a comb, tooth brush and tooth paste, dental floss and more.
Hot Meal:
Jars of Clay provides dinner every night to the hungry.
Resume:
Persons seeking personal assistance in obtaining a job may learn how to create a resume in our Help Center. Clients will be provided a resume template to fill in and then create a digital copy.
Office Essentials:
Phone, fax, copy, internet access, email, printing, scanning: clients seeking office cubicle services may make themselves at home in our office essentials area and find a job, communicate with family and prospective employers and more...
Compass:
Clients that are hungry and under employed may visit our office and a professional staff member will provide them with USDA support, food and or food stamps.
FAFSA:
Clients desiring to attend GED school or pursue post secondary education may visit the Help Center and learn about the various programs and services offered to homeless students and prospective students. A Help Desk worker may assist with signing clients up for financial aid, filling out college applications, choosing a college, and offering general assistance to ensure proper enrollment.
Emergency Groceries:
Hunger hurts...client who do not qualify for food stamp assistance from USDA or clients that do not have food stamps assigned may request emergency groceries from our Help Center.
Blankets:
Our Help Center provides blankets to families experiencing the cold.
Counseling:
Our Help Center provides licensed counselors free of charge to families needing to speak with a professional to minimize stresses that occur because of homelessness, unemployment, loss and more.
